Carefully place your jewelry in its original MVP Jewelers display box and include all authentication certificates and original receipts inside a secure shipping carton.

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we require fully insured transit to protect your high-value investment.

Once our master jewelers verify the item's condition and serial numbers, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
